    During my recent stay at the Fiocco, I had the pleasure of indulging in its culinary offerings, particularly at the White Restaurant. The atmosphere on the terrace was inviting, allowing guests to enjoy the exquisite surroundings while savoring innovative dishes. I was particularly drawn to the seasonal menus, and I appreciated Chef Luca Aprea's ability to transform local flavors into creative culinary experiences. The traditional dishes I sampled reflected a thoughtful selection of zero-kilometer ingredients that truly celebrated the local region. The dining experience was complemented by a carefully curated wine list, boasting over 700 bottles, which catered to a range of palates. I found the melding of Piedmontese wines with the gastronomic proposals to be particularly satisfying. I was continually impressed with the courteousness of the staff. The breakfast spread offered a pleasant start to each day. Within the hotel's vicinity, shops and other dining options were conveniently accessible, enhancing the overall experience. I left with a deep appreciation for the hotel's commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
